These terms apply when you use the Athlete Depot website or buy from us. By using the site, you agree to them.

Using this site
You must be at least 18 to buy from this site, or have a parent or guardian place or approve the order. Don't misuse the site, interfere with how it works, or use it for anything unlawful.
Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, including when an item is unavailable or an order looks fraudulent, and we'll refund any payment we took. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We don't store your full card details.
Products and prices
We work to show products and prices accurately, but colors and mockups can look different from the finished item, and errors can happen. If a price is wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you before it ships. Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time.
Shipping and returns
Our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy are part of these terms.
Athlete applications
You must be 18 or older to apply. Applying doesn't guarantee a sponsorship, payment, free products, or any other relationship with Athlete Depot. Any partnership must be agreed in writing.
Our content
Our name, designs, images, and site content belong to Athlete Depot or its licensors. You can't copy or use them commercially without written permission.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent the law allows, the site and products are provided as is, without warranties beyond those in these terms and our policies. To the extent the law allows, Athlete Depot isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved. Nothing here limits rights that can't be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, except where the law where you live requires otherwise.
